During christmas everything was very good and we would definitely return here. The location of the hotel was comfortable and glorious, within a short distance from the main shopping centre and a supermarket.

The room was upgraded to a balcony and available with a super comfy bed which was great. Met superbly friendly staff from the doorman to the reception desk to the housekeepers. The location was marvellous and lovely, adjacent to a lake and a park.

The location was marvellous and stunning, 5 minutes' walk to the centre. The staff were really wonderful and welcoming. Our room was spacious and offered an individual safe, air conditioner, and a mini-bar.

Liked our great stay on Friday night. We have booked premium king room with wonderful facilities. The offered breakfast was reasonably good and perfect and included plenty of options.

The breakfasts were fresh and perfect with great views, bacon and beans and the staff were amiable, did not rush us. The location was particularly good, really close to one uptown and in a very undesirable location, Birdy restaurant and private gardens.

My stay was really amazing during a business trip. Overall it was newly renovated and generous-sized with garden view. Had good and absolutely perfect location in areas meant for relaxation, metres from Sauchiehall Street.

I have stayed in the premium king room with central heating, an iron with ironing board and an electronic key card. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is marble.
